Dr. Johanna Pagonis, founder and CEO of Sinogap Solutions, has over 20 years of experience in designing and implementing organizational processes that enhance communication and collaboration. With a Master's in Educational Psychology from McGill University and a PhD from the University of Alberta, her work focuses on fostering psychological safety in workplaces to improve engagement and performance. 

She is currently partnering with Clark Builders to roll out a psychological health and safety framework, bringing that same research-backed approach directly into the construction sector. She is the author of Choose to Be a Leader Others Would Want to Follow and is currently writing her second book on creating “Brave Spaces" for open dialogue and innovation in organizations.
