Foreperson Foundational Skills (FFS)

Description

The topic for this information session will be to identify jobsite productivity issues. These issues aren't the fault of workers or even the companies, but due to the lack of systems or checklists. While earning Red Seals, workers learned how to be specialists in their respective trades. That training doesn't include leadership and organization skills. The Foreperson Foundational Skills program provides the framework that guides workers towards better organization and reduces or eliminates the cost of rework.
