INTRODUCTION
This practical one-day workshop introduces the participants to the concepts, principals, processes, and application of risk management in a construction project. The workshop follows the Risk Management principles and practices adopted by the Project Management Institute
DESCRIPTION
The workshop explains the tools and techniques that will aid participants in the implementation of the above practices. Participants will be given opportunities to apply the tools and techniques learned during the workshop to an actual construction project’s life cycle. The main goal of the workshop is to enable participants to control their projects (to be proactive) rather than the traditional approach where the projects are controlling them.

3. Risk Identification Process and the production of Risk Register

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
RISK MANAGEMENT TOOL BOX
Participants will take home a risk management “tool box”. The tool box is a collection of several check lists, forms, and graphs that will assist participant in the application of risk management for any project.
